Terms of Service

Fusor Studio, the website fusorstudio.com and the Fusor Studio desktop app are provided by Signal Spine LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Fusor Studio you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give a real email address.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

The software

  • Fusor Studio is licensed to you, not sold. A license lets you use it on the number of computers your license allows, for your own DJ work, including paid performances.
  • Fusor Studio Lite is free and has no time limit. It runs transitions on the timer at a fixed length, and it cannot make or change Fusors.
  • A paid license is a one-time purchase that covers every update within its major version, for as long as you use it. A later major version may be a paid upgrade.
  • Do not resell, share, crack or reverse-engineer the app or its license checks, or try to get past the Lite limits.

What you make

The Fusors, Actions, crates, set lists and other files you create belong to you. They are stored on your computer, not on our servers.

Your DJ software and music

Fusor Studio controls third-party DJ software over MIDI. We do not make or support that software, and you are responsible for having the rights to the music you play. Traktor is a trademark of Native Instruments; Fusor Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

No warranty

Fusor Studio is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not promise it will be error-free or suit your setup. Test it before you rely on it in front of an audience.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, a lost booking, a performance that went wrong, or any indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Fusor Studio in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using Fusor Studio and delete your account from your account page at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. A paid license that was refunded or charged back stops working.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect.
