Privacy Policy

This policy says what Signal Spine LLC collects through fusorstudio.com and the Fusor Studio app, why, and who else handles it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect

The app itself sends nothing else. Its log files stay on your computer unless you attach one to a bug report.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Who else handles it
- Supabase: the account database and sign-in.
- Vercel: hosts the website and keeps short-lived request logs that include internet addresses.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Cloudflare: serves the app downloads and updates.
- Stripe: takes payments, when the store is open.
These companies process it only to provide their service to us. Your account data is stored in the United States, in Oregon, so if you live outside the US it is transferred there.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, everything linked to it is deleted, and copies in our providers' backups are gone within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep for tax law. We also keep a record, not linked to you, that a computer has used the Free Trial, so the Trial can't be repeated on it.
Your choices
You can delete your account and its data from your account page. To see or correct your data, email admin@fusorstudio.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object, to restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Fusor Studio is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect.
